Spring Equinox is one of the most magical days of the year! It is the start of Aries season as well as the astrological new year, making it a powerful fresh energetic start for us all. This energy is a bold invitation to begin again and to step into the light. It is a very potent time for intention setting and mind, body, spirit “spring cleaning.”

Join us for a journey inward as we dust off the places within ourselves we’ve held onto things that no longer serve us, begin to wipe the slate clean and turn the page to a new fresh chapter of our lives. This is a time for total, absolute energetic resetting… a beautiful new beginning to plant the seeds of your intentions and desires and watch them blossom.

A sound bath is like “bathing in sound waves”. The waves are produced by various tools such as crystal bowls, drums, chimes, etc. Sound is a beautiful energy medicine that can deepen relaxation and promote physical and emotional healing.

Each student will receive a card of intention they pull from a deck and a crystal.
